House rules
These rules apply to direct bookings. Written confirmation will identify any villa-specific conditions.
Check-in is from 3pm to 6pm (15:00–18:00). Check-out is from 8am to 11am (08:00–11:00). All times are local Sri Lanka time. Baba will meet you at Dana Villa, let you in and hand over the keys. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance. Baba also handles check-out and collects the keys. There is no parking at the property.
US$200 applies to a villa booking. It is payable in cash on arrival and returned after inspection.
The pool is 1.4 metres deep, with no fence or gate and no lifeguard. Children must be closely supervised by a responsible adult at all times in and around the pool. Keep young children and non-swimmers within arm’s reach. Swimming aids do not replace adult supervision. No diving, running or glass around the pool. Surfaces may be slippery. Avoid swimming alone or after drinking alcohol. The pool is available 24 hours. Please respect quiet hours from midnight to 8am.
Children are welcome. A cot for ages 0–2 is free on request and subject to availability.
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.
Pets are allowed without an additional charge when notified in advance.
Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are midnight to 8am.
Only guests registered on the booking may enter or use the accommodation.
Free more than 30 days before arrival; 50% at 15–29 days; 100% within 14 days, for no-shows and early departures. A qualifying 24-hour grace period and one date change may be considered.
